A strategic agreement consolidates support for Ivorian agricultural youth. Indeed, behind the handshake sealing this support from the National Federation of Professional Rural Youth Organizations of Côte d'Ivoire (FENOPJERCI) by the National Rural Development Support Agency (ANADER), it is a whole section of Ivorian rural youth which gains a lasting ally. The signing ceremony brought together the two institutions around a common objective, namely to give young people from the countryside the tools to build their future in the agropastoral sector.

Concluded for a period of 5 years, this framework agreement pursues several complementary objectives. It aims to strengthen the technical and professional training of young farmers and breeders, to facilitate the transfer of agricultural innovations to rural farms, to develop the entrepreneurial capacities of beneficiaries and to promote their sustainable socio-economic integration. During this meeting, Dr Sidiki Cissé, Director General of ANADER, reaffirmed the Agency's commitment to putting its expertise at the service of rural youth, in continuity with the agricultural advisory mission that the institution has carried out for nearly 3 decades. 

Note that this framework agreement does not appear out of nowhere, it consolidates a collaboration started several years ago between the two structures, already engaged together in rural supervision. It now opens new perspectives for rural Ivorian youth called to play a central role in the country's agricultural modernization.
