NSIA Banque - BII: €30 million agreement signed for SMEs and female entrepreneurship
NSIA Banque Côte d'Ivoire and British International Investment (BII) have signed a loan agreement worth 30 million euros, intended to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as female entrepreneurship. This agreement marks an important step in strengthening the financing of the Ivorian real economy. This partnership aims to expand access to credit for categories of entrepreneurs who are often insufficiently covered by traditional financial circuits. SMEs, the pillar of the Ivorian economy in terms of jobs and added value, will benefit from financing conditions adapted to their needs. Particular attention is paid to women entrepreneurs, whose access to financial resources remains a structural challenge. NSIA Banque, a major player in the banking sector in West Africa, thus confirms its role as a facilitator of inclusive economic development. This operation is part of a broader context of mobilizing international financing in favor of the Ivorian private sector, in accordance with the guidelines of the PND 2026-2030 which places entrepreneurship and financial inclusion among national priorities.
