Ivory Coast: inauguration of a Drone Center, a first in West and Central Africa

The Interregional Maritime Safety Institute (ISMI) of Yopougon-Niangon officially opened recently the very first regional center dedicated to civil drone professions in West and Central Africa. Abidjan has thus established itself as a pioneer in training for professional civil drones.
